Our goal is to help our clients make their payroll processing as efficient and user-friendly as possible.

To expand our development team, we are looking for a Scrum Master (m/f/d) at our Rostock location, starting immediately.

Your tasks:

• Facilitate and optimize agile events ensuring smooth workflows and collaboration 
• Foster strong collaboration between developers, product owners, and other stakeholders 
• Support your team in overcoming obstacles and achieving their goals 
• Promote a culture and mindset of ownership, accountability, and innovation within the teams 
• Create an environment where team members feel motivated, take ownership of their tasks and truly enjoy their work 
• You identify conflicts within the teams and contribute creative input to problem-solving
• You coordinate collaboration with other Scrum Masters and additional stakeholders

Your profile:

• Several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or in a comparable position
• Extensive knowledge in the field of software development
• Experience with common project management tools, ideally Jira
• A proactive working style and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility
• Very good German and English skills
